Today! Yeshua is alive…and today, in history, He had appeared to Mary. In scripture she ran and shared with the others!

Then I continued to read through John 20.

Here are a few details of what happened after Yeshua had appeared to Mary.

Later in the day, the disciples were together, but AFRAID! The doors were locked! They were afraid of what could happen to them. And I can not imagine what was going through their minds. They were probably thinking that they could be next in the horrific events of the past few days. The doors were bolted closed and lights were probably low. There were whispers of what to do next…then,

Yeshua CAME, ENTERED and STOOD among them.

He spoke, “Peace to you!” (security, safety, salvation) He held out his hands and showed them his side. And they were overjoyed!

He said it again, “Peace be with you!” and he added, “As YWHW has sent me, I am sending YOU.”

…and with that, He breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.”

There are many details written of Yeshua after His resurrection…and as I look at the last verse of John 21:25…

There is so much more to this story…and we are a part of it.

“If every one of the details were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.”

Do not be afraid, receive Peace…Believe and continue the story as Yeshua has told…GO!
